Monitoring of surgery inventory and notifying appropriate individuals when supplies are needed. Operates equipment and performs technical skills according to policies and standards; learns new skills and seeks assistance appropriately. Assesses patients needs including physical, psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, educational, sexual and age related needs. Implements good judgment, and critical thinking appropriate to situation. Documents are complete, clear, concise, and according to policy and procedures. Ensure that the Surgery Department and Operating Rooms are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
