As a Financial Analyst I, you will: Provides division leadership with analysis and reports/presentations regarding the facility’s revenue, expenses, utilization, productivity, and other ad hoc reports as requested Assists the finance and financial planning teams in preparing facility expense budget and monitors variances on a monthly basis Provides all necessary information/supporting documentation to assist accounting and finance teams in completing the monthly financial close process Maintains daily census files for all programs and completes daily charge reconciliation process to ensure that daily service charges match actual utilization Ensures all authorizations for services are up to date and notifies clinicians to update as necessary Completes Capital Expense Request forms and obtains the appropriate authorizing signatures for all capital expense requests for the facility Complies with all privacy standards of the facility and the healthcare system, including HIPPA, COMAR, and other state and federal regulations as they apply Other tasks related to the financial operations of the facility as assigned

COVID-19 Vaccination
