Job Summary

A Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a key member of an agile team who manages program-level processes and execution, drives continuous development, manages risks, and escalates impediments. He need to have experience in mobile app development and a SaFe-Agile with experience in release train strategy, setup & run realease train where each station represents a release point for the mobile app, which can lead to improved code quality, tests, and better-implemented functionality.

Candidate should have around 9-15 years' experience.

Experience working for Mobile App development

Good to have certification in Release Train Engineer (SAFe- RTE certification). SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent certification from any international certification body.

5+ Years of experience in Agile with SaFe developing high quality software products.

Experience in Release Management Process.

Empowered to Create and maintains physiological safety and team trust & live by Lean Agile Values.

Familiarity with Agile management tools and systems e g Azure DevOps

Guide and mentor the Leaders & Change Agents on agile practices consistent with team standards and helping them achieve their commitments and objectives day to day, PI -to-PI and sprint-to-sprint.

Showcase and enhance your Program coach competencies to build a high performing team of team's structure and work closely with the Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Product Managers.

Working with business owners to support economic decision-making for epics, facilitating feature estimation and guiding them on Lean Budgets and guardrails.

Own the release management activities and delivering the build to customers/customer facing teams.

Showcase and enhance your Program coach competencies to build a high performing team of team's structure and work closely with the Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Product Managers.
