Job Summary The Lead Dietitian provides nutritional services for the Client and Company. You will work collaboratively with the team and clients to ensure the nutrition plans are implemented and departmental standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Provides nutrition assessment, modified diet formulation, self-management training and nutrition interventionComplies with all regulatory standards, including federal, state and accrediting agenciesAdheres to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies where applicableParticipates in facility-wide and departmental Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement ProgramsIdentifies weekly treatment goals and communicates individual client needs to treatment teamPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and Registered Dietitian in accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, requiredAdvanced Practitioner Certification and other advance practice, preferredMinimum of two to three years of professional experience as a Registered DietitianLicensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable requiredExperience with computers and programs including Microsoft Office Suite required Apply to Morrison Healthcare todayMorrison Healthcare is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
