The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing workers. The Employment Specialist will also provide guidance to job seekers and employers regarding employment opportunities and workforce trends. **Duties:** - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates - Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience - Utilize various recruitment platforms - Manage employee evaluation processes - Provide support in training development and customized orientations for new hires - Utilize social media management tools to enhance recruitment efforts - Support human resources functions as needed **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or relevant job experience - Proven work experience as an Employment Specialist or similar role - Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Strong understanding of techniques in recruitment - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Join us in this dynamic role where you can make a difference in people's lives while contributing to the success of our organization.
