Our Oklahoma City team has opened a state-of-the-art countertop fabrication facility, and we are searching for a CNC Programmer to join the team The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work in a collaborative team environment create beautiful countertops for someone's home.

Job Duties:

  • Use Slabsmith and CAD/CAM software to lay out slab designs.
  • Generate Job pack sheets for the Fabricator.
  • Help coordinate production scheduling.
  • Help maintain inventory counts and location.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering materials.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products.
  • Receiving: Receive all good slabs and enter/verify size, dye lot, and location.
Additional Tasks:
  • Assist CNC operators to fabricate stone countertops according to specifications.
  • Operate CNC/Saw/Inline polishing machines as needed.
  • Help load and unload stone pieces onto CNC machines safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor CNC machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of cuts and finishes.
  • Help perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
  • Inspect finished pieces for imperfections and make necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in machine maintenance and daily/weekly cleaning.
  • Occasionally, operate jib cranes and forklifts while handling materials.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Basic computer skills for machine operation and data entry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
  • Reliable transportation
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with CAD software, or other related programs.
  • Previous experience operating CNC machines in a stone fabrication environment.
  • Basic understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques.
  • Experience in countertop fabrication.
  • Familiarity with different types of stone materials and their characteristics.
  • Forklift experience.
