Job Title: Forklift Operator C

Supervisor: Operations Manager

Wage: $19-$20

All Shifts Available

Key Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Forklift Operations

Transfer bins of product from warehouse floor to production line.

Complete forklift inspection reports daily at the beginning of your shift.

Place product bins into bin dumpers, remove them and place empty bin at correct place.

Communicating with leads to be informed of any changes.

Wrap pallets of finished goods with stretch wrap.

Use scanning devices to produce and issue product and packaging supplies to work orders.

2. Safety

Comply with all Company Safety Policies and Cal-OSHA regulations.

Attend and participate in safety tailgates and company safety programs and trainings.

Understand and adhere to the safety requirements that pertain to the job.

3. Sanitation

Engage in daily clean-up of the work area to maintain a safe and organized environment.

Assist by cleaning and disinfecting production areas, hopper bins, containers and floors.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS

At least 6 months experience of forklift, highly preferred. Experience with scanners, a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to pass forklift certification.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to sit for long periods of time.

Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, etc.

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
