Paint Department Sales Professional Kenyon Noble Lumber Company Bozeman location. Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $20.00/hr Description Kenyon Noble's Paint Department at the Bozeman location is currently taking applications & interviewing for a full-time paint associate to become an integral part of the Kenyon Noble team You will be responsible for selling products and merchandising in a retail setting to drive company revenue. Position includes Tuesday through Saturday; 9am - 6pm, with 1-hour lunches. Responsibilities Mixing & matching paint Helping customers find products to complete their paint projects Assisting customers in finding their paint color Welcome and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer issues Stock and retrieve material from shelves and pallets, lift and carry up to 50 lbs Tint paint, therefore must be able to distinguish the difference between colors Operate a computer and communicate via the telephone Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complaints Positive attitude No experience necessary - we will train Competitive Salary, starting at $20+ / hr, Depending on Experience Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
