The Bus Driver will safely transport children and counselors to and from schools or field trips, and act as a role model in regards to promptness, manners, language, appearance and health.

Responsibilities:- Operate a 14 passenger mini-bus.
- Ensure the safety of passengers at all times while in a YMCA vehicle.
- Maintain equipment to ensure safety of participants.
- Communicate with appropriate supervisor any equipment needs.
- Return bus to appropriate place clean and free of belongings.
- Maintain accurate records at all times including trip and mileage logs.
- Adhere to policies related to boundaries with consumers
- Attend/complete required abuse risk management training
- Adhere to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising consumers
- Follow mandated reporting requirements
- Adhere to job specific abuse risk management responsibilities
- Must be at least 20 years of age and possess a valid South Carolina Drivers License with the ability to operate a 14 passenger mini-bus with preference given to those holding a valid CDL.
