Hybrid - 3 days in office.

JOB SUMMARY:
Customer Order Management is responsible for reviewing inventory levels on products and managing and expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem resolving, research and problem/dispute resolution.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze inventory, account ordering and sales history.
Demonstrates working knowledge of product features and how products are used in customers' businesses
Demonstrates knowledge of standard business practices and procedures.
Performs tasks related to pre-sales service, order fulfillment and post-sales service
Addresses and resolves moderately complex issues with minimal supervision
Communicates information on products and orders professionally to sales and customers.
Recommends alternate products to meet customer needs.
Applies knowledge and skills to a variety of standard activities
Works with moderate supervision / guidance; accountable for individual results and impact on team.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Windows based applications: MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat; strong EXCEL skills
