The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology, capable of working independently and providing guidance to others. An advanced education may be preferred.Responsibilities:Provide technical assistance and assessment to designated NYS OMH facilities.Perform site consultations, focusing on circuit bandwidth, VoIP phone system upgrades, and wireless upgrades.Install, relocate, and remove equipment including VoIP phones, WAPS, and data communications equipment.Participate in all project phases such as request analysis, site surveys, site preparation, cable troubleshooting and installation, asset management, inventory control, and network assistance.Software Skills:MS Office 365 productsVisioProjectAdobe ProfessionaWebExTeamsITSM Service NowHardware Skills:Cisco and Aruba routers and switchesMeraki Wireless Access PointsCisco VoIP phonesTraining:Attend all New York State/GOER and ITS Agency mandated training programs, including but not limited to Internal Controls, Prevention of Workplace Violence, Sexual Harassment Prevention, and Information Security.Travel Requirement:Yes, 3 out of 5 days throughout the Binghamton-Syracuse area.Security Requirements:Mandatory ITS Security AgreementsHIPAA and Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (CDNA)Standard ITS background check including fingerprinting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
