**Description**

The Grill at The Course at Wente Vineyards is looking for experienced bartenders to provide outstanding guest service at our busy bar.

POSITION SUMMARY: The bartender is responsible for overall bar service in The Grill.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Create alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Grill guests, served with a friendly disposition. Also responsible for maintaining the bar area clean, organized and stocked with necessary product, supplies, and barware. May run food and provide service to tables as required.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS: Must possess strong knowledge of wines and bar drinks and exhibit strong guest service skills in addition to having an upbeat, enthusiastic disposition. Qualified applicants must have the ability to manage the bar and attend to guests, along with performing other tasks with attention to detail.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
