plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by managing our online social media advertising strategy to generate cost effective B2C leads for West Shore Home. As the Director of Social Media Advertising

at West Shore Home,

you will contribute to this mission by

creating, implementing, and managing both the paid and organic social media strategies for 40+ branches with multiple product groups, with the goal of generating highly qualified leads for home remodeling projects with specific geographic bounds for each branch. We are on a mission to do

What You’ll Contribute In this role, you can expect to: Develop the 6-24 month roadmap for paid social media advertising efforts to improve the efficiency of generating inquiries through channels including, but not limited to, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X and Nextdoor. Develop and manage the strategy for generating local leads through social media across 40+ locations. Manage the first party conversion data feedback loop into social media platforms to improve audience targeting. Develop and manage the creative testing strategy for audiences, ads and landing pages to drive continuous improvement to conversion rates of new prospects. Ensure that budget strategy aligns to the spend and inquiry targets provided by the Regional Marketing Managers for each branch. Develop the platform campaign structures with the goal of improving data feedback and marketing performance. Ensure that all budget accruals are properly allocated weekly to the branches based on the geography of where the spend it utilized. Ensure that each new campaign is established with the proper settings to track and measure results through the lead conversion funnel. Provide weekly and monthly reporting on the performance of paid social media efforts. Provide weekly and monthly reporting on the organic social media efforts. Recommend team structure and organizational chart needs to effectively manage and optimize paid social media for 40+ local branches. Develop team SOPs to effectively manage and optimize paid and organic social media strategies. Maintain up to date knowledge of best practices and emerging trends within social media platforms. Conduct regular team meetings and daily huddles to ensure that the team is aligned to the strategies and targets of the department. What It Takes to Succeed At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring: Bachelors degree, preferably in business or marketing - required. Prior experience of 7 years managing a paid social media strategy for B2C lead generation campaigns – required. Prior experience of 5 years of managing a team accountable for generating new customers through paid social media – required. Prior experience managing paid social media monthly budgets of $500k or more for the purpose of generating new customers – required. Prior experience managing paid social media campaigns with geographic performance accountabilities – required. Advanced proficiency with operating paid social media campaigns at scale on the Meta platform – required. Advanced experience with landing page optimization strategies and best practices for AB testing - required. Advanced experience conducting split testing strategies – required. Advanced experience with audience targeting and segmentation – required. Advanced experience utilizing first party data integrations to enhance customer acquisition strategy – required. Advanced data analytics skills and ability to translate data into action – required. Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM - required. Strong organizational skills - required. Strong written and verbal communication skills - required. Prior experience conducting performance marketing campaigns on Pinterest, TikTok, X, and NextDoor – preferred. Meta Certified Media Buying Professional – preferred. Meta Certified Media Planning Professional – preferred. Meta Certified Marketing Science Professional – preferred.
