Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Machine Programmers for a project located in Everett, WA. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $30-$40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Set Up, Align & Secure Fixtures
- Use Cutting Tools, Attachments, Accessories & Materials
- Operate CNC Machines & Machining Centers to Fabricate Parts
- Understand & Set Controls to Regulate Machining Factors; Speed, Feed, Coolant Flow, Depth & Angle of the Cut
- Enter Commands to Retrieve & Input Computerized Machine Control Media
- Use Tools to Find Machine Offsets; Edge Finders, Indicators & Probes
- Run Parts to Meet Engineering Specifications
- Verify Conformance of Finished work to Specifications
- Recognize Machine Deviation; Versus Cutter or Holding Problems & Correct
- Thoroughly Inspect First Part Run
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Set Up Experience with Multi Axis Live Tooling Lathes
- Proficient in Setup & Operation of all Standard Inspection Equipment
- Understands Standard Machining Practices:Speed, Feeds, Coolant Flow, Depth and Angle of Cut Etc
- Ability to Read, Understand & Interpret Engineering & Manufacturing Drawings
- Strong Knowledge of GDT & Strong Troubleshooting Skills
