A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Start your day with purpose as a Customer Service Representative at Arrow Exterminators. With professionalism and precision, you navigate a variety of customer inquiries and service requests, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction. From scheduling appointments to coordinating with technicians, every interaction is an opportunity to uphold our commitment to excellence and reliability. As a vital member of our team, you play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

+ Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

+ Willingness to work a minimum 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Administrative phone experience
