The Prep Team is the core of our scratch kitchen. These are the folks who make sure we're using the freshest produce and the best meats. Every day they work tirelessly to ensure product is prepared safely, consistently, and it looks DAMN GOOD. This module contains tons of useful resources for a new Prep Team Member. * Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels

* Must be able to use to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds

* Ability to serve our guests needs with a high sense of urgency
