Primary Roles and Responsibilities Research, design and implement security threat protection tools and controls with a goal of preventing, detecting, and eliminating threats and risk to the organization’s E-Gaming products and networks. Assist in identifying and recommending improvements to cybersecurity program through process development, improvement, automation, and latest cypher security tools. Provide analysis and cybersecurity focused support for hardware solutions, applications, networks, data bases and operating systems. Identify security risks, threats, misconfigurations and vulnerabilities of existing networks, systems, applications and develop solutions to remediate identified threats. Monitor security logs and events for vulnerabilities and share detailed reports with Security Operations and NPD leadership. Act as a liaison to the NPD teams to ensure that security issues are addressed proactively as systems are being designed and implemented. Build and maintain long term results-driven relationships with the stakeholders across the business. Assist the Arrow International IT to develop, implement, enforce security policies and/or plans for data, software applications, hardware systems. Produce daily, weekly and quarterly reports that will be presented to the leadership team. Mentor junior team members of information security team. Perform duties in accordance with Arrow International’s policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned to support the organization. Requirements Experience and Education Bachelor's Degree in IT security or similar competency preferred. 6+ years of Information Technology experience with at least 3 years emphasis on Security Engineering. Experience planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a plus. Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical problem-solving skills. Software development background is a plus. Effectively communicate technical information and ideas. Effectively present information and respond to questions from the team members. Effectively document technical information and present it clearly and simply to non-technical executives. Demonstrated skills with both internal and external customers. Ability to implement process improvements. Effectively work within deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Quickly learn new technical skills, applications, and processes. Ability to troubleshoot, research and solve technically challenging problems. Knowledge of cybersecurity system applications and industry practices. Experience with Mac OS or Windows operating systems.
