Find out more at www.harder.com.What you'll be doing:This role monitors and maintains Harder's quality standards while complying with local and state regulations. You will work closely with other field team members to set quality standards and make suggestions to improve production without hindering quality of work.This is a long-term, direct-hire position; the successful candidate will be assigned to an existing project with the potential for project opportunities beyond their originally assigned project. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen to work on the client site. Quality Control Professionals at Harder perform the following daily tasks:Work with the field team on-site to ensure all quality standards are metOversee operations and procedures to make sure there are no deviations from the quality requirements and standardsTrack quality control statistics, and complete necessary documentation for the Project Management team, and the client Inspect field work, and work with the Quality Control team to perform necessary tests and quality control assessments on-site Understand the quality requirements of the client, Harder Mechanical Contractors, and specific local and state regulations.What you will need to be successful in this role:Ability to communicate and work professionally with a broad spectrum of people including employees, craft, and clientsKnowledge of quality control legal standards and procedures Organized and productiveStrong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks on an ongoing basisEducation/Experience:2+ years of experience with strong 3D piping knowledgePrevious experience with high purity examination A current or previous AWS CWI or LEV II certificationPrevious experience with structural and piping scopes, as well as process piping detailing experience Demonstrated experience in high-tech tool install process piping systemsBenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits - 100% of employee premiums are paid by the companyGenerous retirement package includes: 10% retirement contribution made by the company and a company match up to 2% of your annual salaryProfit sharingDiscretionary annual bonusPaid vacation and holidaysHarder University training and development, as well as other paid professional development opportunitiesTeam environment that promotes individual growthHMC reserves the right to perform a drug screening and background check, as may be required, and this offer may be contingent on passing a drug screening and background check.This position is salaried.
