The Server Assistant is responsible for:
* Providing excellent customer service to the guests in our Clubs and for serving food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous and accurate manner
* Has responsibilities for opening, during service and closing times
* Assists in many different stations, including but not limited to, concession stands, backstage bars, yogurt stations, snack bars, main floor, food stations, coffee stations and the coke machine
* Refills dispensers, wipes down counters and tables, obtains ice for machines, assists with concession set ups, replenishes food, condiments, and paper goods as needed
The ideal candidate will:
* Possess the ability to work well under pressure and have a professional appearance and demeanor
* Must have excellent communication skills, a commitment to high-quality customer service and the ability to handle a high pressure environment
* Must be comfortable with cleaning tables and chairs, as well as throwing out garbage, assisting guests and anticipating their needs
* Must have a strong attention to detail
* Knowledge of NYC Board of Health Food Handling rules a plus
* TEAM certification a plus
* Must be of legal age according to NYS regulations to serve alcohol
* This position works nights, weekends and holidays
