Job Description:
The Homeowner Experience Coordinator is responsible for the successful management of the day-to-day administrative duties relating to the upkeep of the owner's units in the Intrawest Honua Kai Hospitality Management (IHKHM) rental program. These responsibilities will include ordering, tracking, updating and
verbally communicating with the team, HOA, and owners via email, phone, and in-person regarding orders of replacement items for the units.
Job Requirements
High School diploma, Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, or equivalent, preferred. Resort or lodging operational experience at a mid to large-scale property of similar size and scope preferred. Condominium Resort experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be proficient in all Microsoft platforms. Must be able to successfully learn new software pertaining to the position. Must be able to successfully manage multiple, high-priority tasks. Must have proficient organizational, visual, and verbal skills. Must be self-motivated, willing to learn new skills, and able to resolve complex guest/owner and associate issues. This position may be required to work evenings, weekdays, and holidays. Must be able to carry or lift a minimum of 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis. Must be able to operate computers, phones, mobile devices, and basic office equipment on a constant basis. Must possess the ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis. Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing, and pulling on an occasional basis.
