What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Coordinate recruitment efforts to attract qualified candidates within a specified timeframe Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System and job postings to ensure maximum visibility and attract qualified applicants Source passive candidates through various platforms, such as LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and Oracle Communicate and collaborate with department managers and directors to ensure accuracy of open positions and alignment with organizational needs Develop recruitment strategies, including media recommendations, niche sites, and conferences, to build a strong candidate pipeline

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of full desk recruitment experience Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Oracle, Silkroad, or other ATS platforms Ability to work collaboratively and build rapport with internal stakeholders
