  • Minimum 2 years Long-Term Care experience required
  • Strong Supervision and Oversight Skills
  • Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
  • Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
