Senior Project Manager- Solar CBRE Dallas, Texas, United States About the Role As a CBRE Project Management Sr. Consultant, you will provide consulting services to assigned markets or high?profile client accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This role is part of the Project Management function, responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion. What Youll Do Manage all areas of project management for multiple real?estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project: scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, work?plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Define project?delivery resources from pre?qualified lists or through the qualification process; conduct complex RFQs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients. Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline. Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated. Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects. Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion. Apply advanced knowledge to pursue new, better methods for achieving both individual and departmental objectives. Showcase expertise in own discipline and in?depth knowledge of other disciplines within the organization. Coach others to develop in?depth knowledge and expertise across most or all areas within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values; anticipate objections and persuade stakeholders at senior levels to adopt alternative viewpoints. Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi?discipline teams, guided by functional policies. Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans supporting functional goals. Communicate complex ideas with influence. What Youll Need Bachelors degree preferred with 810 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree. An innovative mindset for developing methods beyond existing solutions. Ability to solve unique problems with standard and innovative solutions, achieving broad business impact. In?depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Expert organizational skills paired with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
