Key Responsibilities:
In the role of Ceridian Dayforce Support Operations Specialist, you'll be pivotal in guaranteeing the seamless operation and enhancement of the Ceridian Dayforce human capital management (HCM) platform within our company.
Your duties will entail furnishing technical and functional support, resolving issues, and engaging with stakeholders to amplify system efficiency and user satisfaction.
You'll also be on standby for critical concerns and liaising with offshore business users for coordination.
Basic Qualifications:
Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Dayforce functionalities encompassing Payroll, Benefits, HR, and Onboarding.
