**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Observes safety procedures, rules, regulations, and state, federal and local laws in the performance of job duties

- Print work orders, picklists and other documents required in preparation for kitting parts

- Pull material from stock to fulfill orders for production, as well as shipping as needed

- Maintain inventory accuracy by labeling parts and putting parts items away in defined locations

- Ensure punctual, reliable and acceptable attendance

- Perform other duties as required

**Safety Responsibilities:**

- Follows safety procedures, rules, regulations, and state, federal and local laws in the performance of job duties

- Follows all safety and laboratory guidelines, good housekeeping practices and wears provided PPE

- Promptly reports risks and incidents to the appropriate personnel and participates in writing incident reports if needed

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

- Must be able to maintain records of material, supplies, time and work performed and understand and use work instructions

- Must be skilled at completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail

- Ability to understand and follow instructions and work successfully with minimal supervision

- Must be able to operate a personal computer with a general understanding of Microsoft software

- General mechanical, technical aptitude skills are preferred

- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole number common fractions or decimals

- Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English

**Level of Education & Experience:**

* High School Diploma or GED is required

* 1-3 years experience in a material handling, stockroom or similar experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
