* Leading, Coaching, Developing, Mentoring Machinist and Operators in daily operations of production and setup, taking them to the next level
* You will be the GO-TO Machinist to assist with highly technical aerospace machining working with 12 to 15 CNC Machines
* Be the Support to 1st Piece Runs with the variety of aerospace metals that are processed
* Shows us your expertise in working with Live Tooling
* Identify Corrective actions, knowledge gaps, or any mishaps- Plus be the Solution to the concern.
* Communicate with engineering and management *What we are seeking above the list above:*
* A Minimum of a 2-year technical Degree in a related field
* 15 years or more of Diverse CNC Experience ( Lathe, Mills, Multi-Axis, Swiss) -Most years uses a CNC Lathe is required
* Experience working in a low volume high production manufacturing setting
* Lead by example
* A problem solver and outside of the box thinker, who has excellent communication
* A demonstrator who has the ability to perform and inspect assigned machining functions, including complex and complicated processes.
* We are looking for someone who is looking for First shift ( 6:00am to 4:30pm) or Second Shift ( 4:00pm to 2:30am) or has flexibility to do a split shift Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits:
