Shift Hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 5pm EST)
Contract Duration: 3 months

Summary Description:
The System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of system hardware and software and related services.
The System Administrator will also be responsible for supporting Windows Active Directory Services, virtualization services, and the Office 365 suite of cloud-based services to include email messaging, collaboration, and storage services within multi-platform mission critical environment.
This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to enterprise organization standards and best practice.
Acting independently or as part of a team, the system administrator will be responsible for resolving Tier 2-3 trouble tickets using technical support tools and procedures while meeting service level agreement standards.
Plan and monitor system operation and resource utilization and perform systems capacity analysis and planning.
This position will report to the Director, Infrastructure Services and will participate in, but not limited to, operational support issues pertaining to on premise enterprise systems and services, as well as, off-premise Office 365 cloud-based services.
The Systems Administrator will also be responsible for supporting internal/external DNS/SSL services.
