**Warehouse Manager**
**Eugene, OR - Full Time**
Marshall's Inc. has an opening for a warehouse manager to oversee our warehouse of $300K+ in consumable inventory and $3M in other inventory.
In this role you will be supervising one warehouse assistant. You are responsible for the organization and operation of the warehouse including ordering parts, inventory and tool management, ensuring compliance with safety measures, sourcing parts and negotiate pricing with vendors, and assisting with fleet management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a warehouse, be able to hold people accountable for maintaining a clean and orderly work environment and be able to drive others in focusing on their work responsibilities. The candidate will get to know the parts in the warehouse, where they are stored, and maintain proper inventory levels. Confidence and the ability to work through problems as well as a mechanical aptitude are key to success in this role.

**Qualifications:**
* Prior warehouse management experience
* HVAC experience, preferred
* Fleet management experience, preferred
