Business Analyst

We're hiring a

and looking for an ideal candidate with skills & experience in the below criteria.

A minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in business analysis
Expertise in salesforce platform, data model, and knowledge in CRM Industry.
Experience in Conducting interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
