About the Job As a Senior Product Manager, you will set the vision and strategy for the Menace Platform business line, scaling the worlds first large?scale battle?field cloud and PaaS offering. You will be the customer advocate, driving outcomes through new product initiatives, orchestrating internal efforts, and validating that resulting products resonate with customers while balancing our business goals. You will define success metrics, galvanize the team to actualize the product vision, and mentor junior Product Managers. What Youll Do Establish a well?reasoned product roadmap that balances product goals with engineering realities and growth priorities. Tailor the product story to different audiences and desired outcomes. Represent a voice of the customer grounded in user research. Partner deeply with cross?functional teams to remove business and technical barriers. Foster ownership among people, teams, and functions to create customer?centric solutions. Support delivery and implementation with research, evidence, narrative, and context for engineering, design, test, and other functions. Over?communicate to ensure shared understanding of customer, vision, and strategy across the organization. Demonstrate mastery of product management tools, including user research, product artifacts, engineering, design, program management, and business skills. Required Qualifications 5+ years in software/cloud product management with broad product experience. Familiarity with IaaS cloud, including compute, networking, and storage fundamentals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to balance requirements across engineering, data, and business stakeholders. Aptitude for working with stakeholders of varying technical comfort. Proven success decomposing problems and sequencing solutions. Visionary product strategy for 12?18 months ahead. Experience maturing products from concept to MVP to production. Experience building solutions that integrate hardware. Experience building scalable edge?infrastructure solutions. Data?driven and customer?outcome focused. Experience using Agile methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Engineering background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics. Familiarity with infrastructure hardware. Product management certifications. Prior military or contractor experience with edge computing and tactical networking. Experience at technology startups. US Salary Range $166,000$253,000 USD (base salary only; actual offer may vary).
