All jobs are a rotating shift but have potential to be straight shift once immersed in the company. Train on day shift (6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday) for 1-4 months roughly (depending on learning knowledge) then move to shift. INSTANT pay increase of 9.58% shift differential once moved to shift (approximately an extra $3/hr).**EXCELLENT BENEFITS**+ 9.58% shift differential once they move onto swing shift (Approximately an extra 3/hr)+ Only non-union smelter facility in the U.S+ 401K matches 6%.+ Benefits start on Day 1 (Full medical, dental and vision coverage – very competitive benefits and multiple options+ $300 tool stipend each year+ All uniforms and PPE are provide by company, including prescription safety glasses+ Free clinic onsite for check ups or any issues that happen during the day+ Quarterly bonus up to 10%. This is based on company profitability. They currently are averaging 4-6% per quarter+ Quarter bonus is tied to attendance.+ HUGE on promoting from within. They have a ton of supervisors/managers who have been there for 30-40 years and nearing retirement. This is a great opportunity for people coming in to train and develop themselves for those roles+ If you work 6 days in a row, on your 6th day you are paid x1.75. If you work 7 days in a row, your 7th day is double pay+ Perfect attendance raffle every month to win a $250 gift cart+ Food trucks onsite every day**Electrical Technician Job Description:**• Must demonstrate the ability to comply with all plant PPE requirements and safety protocols.• Must possess the skills and abilities to work autonomously while conducting routine electrical tasks.• Familiar with the handling, operation and safe use of all types of electrical equipment including motors, generators, transformers, rectifiers, switches, circuit breakers, relay, control equipment, communication equipment, electronic and fluid controls, power generation, transmission and distribution system, instruments, panel boards, replacement parts and supplies, wire and cable, insulating materials, solder, paint, etc.• Safe and efficient use of electrical maintenance tools and equipment including electrical testing and measuring equipment.**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
