Scrum Master

Work closely with product and business owners to prioritize roadmaps, release plans, backlogs and sprints

Track and report on project schedules to build trust and increase transparency through effective communication

Evangelize agile, collaboration, and teamwork to maximize the scrum team's contribution to Company strategic goals and KPI's

Remove impediments and blockers to keep the team moving forward

Identify tools and processes to improve productivity

Lead all scrum ceremonies for your team including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demos, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.

Coach team members in agile practices

Provide clear communications on project timelines and expectation

Supports the teams estimating techniques and efforts. Guides team in establishing normalized estimating approach.

2-5 years of experience as a project manager, working with Agile methodologies

Interest/experience in Agile Coaching

Knowledge of software development processes/procedures, service-oriented environments, and Agile practices.

Experience in iterative and incremental development environments.

Experience in Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games

Agile Certification(s), or equivalent experience; CSM, CSPO, CSP, or equivalent preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills

Expertise in the practical application of project management principles and tools

Experience with schedule tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for critical path based schedule analysis and resource planning

Experience in cost estimating, forecasting and control
