Essential Functions of the Job:
Collaborate with Business Power Teams regarding innovation, renovation, and capital projects.
Coordinate and support cost build-up, RCA development, material wellness and scale-up efforts with Commercialization and Marketing Team.
Work in-concert to build and lead Annual cost improvement initiatives that ensure annual productivity targets are achieved.
Provide support to manufacturing facilities and other supply chain functions.
Provide process improvement/simplification efforts (i.e., SKU rationalization, packaging standardization and specification consolidation).
Lead strategic projects - i.e., material supply asset optimization, sourcing, co-packing, or plant start-up activities.
Demonstrate resource understanding and prioritization of projects within portfolio.
Provide business planning support for portfolio (Power Teams) segment and plant locations.
Monitor Supply Chain performance metrics, providing improvement plan support to plants/Supply Chain functions.
Implement and promote business process adoption with teams - to include portfolio project health, stage gate reviews, system adherence and other related project management tools.
Benchmark competition and the food industry for new technology and productivity strategy and provide leadership with recommendations including opportunities and risk.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or other Supply Chain functions
Aseptic, beverage, or thermal processing experience is a plus.
Exposure to multiple Supply Chain and other business disciplines.
Experience with new product commercialization and start up procedures.
Exposure to Supply Chain ERP, IT transaction systems, and information flow.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Influence management skills with the ability to manage resources without direct reporting relationships.
Possess a continuous improvement mindset.
Understanding of the Supply Chain cost structure with the ability to interpret cost build-up, trends, and financial statements/reporting.
Possess a collaborative leadership style to lead and handle conflict.
Travel Expectation:
Some travel required.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Majority of work is performed in plant and office environment.
