What is Expected: Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks Experience with pallet jacks, RF scanners, or carts is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions Material Delivery: Stock workstations and packing areas to keep operations running Receiving & Stowing: Verify incoming shipments and store items correctly Order Picking: Select products accurately and efficiently based on order needs Replenishment & Sorting: Organize and stage materials for the packing process Packing & Labeling: Package items safely and apply correct labels for shipment Palletizing & Loading: Operate RF scanners, stack boxes, and prep pallets for outbound delivery Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with warehouse standards What You'll Get Fair weekly pay, always on time Benefits that cover: medical, dental, disability, and life Referral bonuses = more cash in your pocket Optional 401(k) plan Real respect from a crew that shows up strong.
