Job Title: Marketo Specialist

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA - Remote will work

Duration: Long Term Project

Who are we looking for? Marketing Automations Specialist with experience in Adobe Marketo who can help one of our healthcare customers pilot the Marketo platform. The individual should be able to own all aspects of marketing automation platform (Marketo), including integrations with other Adobe platforms.

Technical Skills:

• 10+ years if experience in Marketing Automation domain across various products
• 4+ years' hands-on experience with Marketo in a B2B & B2C Marketing departments
• Experience working with business stakeholders in defining project requirements, including automations, KPIs and success metrics.
• Build and maintain Marketo programs to meet the needs of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Coordinate email program deployments (including gathering, testing and deploying)
• Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs.
• Understanding of how email interacts with CRM data and other organic & paid marketing channels.
• Experience in implementing tests and analyzing data to continually optimize campaigns.
• Good understanding of landing page and user experience optimization for automated communication campaigns
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent project and process management skills
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment preferred.
