A leading provider of IVF, Aspire Fertility is a fertility center dedicated to helping couples conceive. We offer fertility testing and the most advanced assisted reproduction services available today, including IVF, IUI, egg donation programs and more, all provided in a warm and caring environment. We are seeking to fill this opening with a caring, compassionate CMA for a PRN position in our McAllen clinic who meet the requirements listed below.

Hours:As needed, between 7:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday.Saturday and holiday rotation required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate all infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans between patients and physicians.

• Perform routine examinations, procedures, phlebotomy and administer medications.

• Perform clinical functions that impact patient care, patient flow and patient satisfaction.

• Telephone triage with patients regarding patient medication, treatment plans and test results.

• Care of patient through ovulation induction, egg freezing, sperm analysis, IVF and oocyte donation.

• Patient Education on treatment protocols, medications and infertility procedures.

• Consistently model the organization's philosophy of customer service

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Medical Assistant Certification is required.
  • At Least 1 year of healthcare experience.
  • Bilingual-Spanish a PLUS
