Weve got the job for you We are looking for an individual who is licensed as Registered Nurse to work in a home care environment with flexible shifts and hours. Benefits Competitive pay based on licensure and experience Weekly pay via direct deposit Flexible schedule to fit your lifestyle All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided at no cost Home Health or Facility shifts available Mobile technology to access schedule and case documentation RN/LPN Responsibilities Providing care according to the patients plan of care, assistance with daily tasks, which include wound care, injections, assessments, vitals, glucose checks, blood drawing, treatment plans, record keeping, overseeing CNA/PCA, med passes, etc. Assure property maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws RN/LPN Requirements High school diploma or GED Current LPN or RN License Certified CPR Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision Empathy for the needs of the client Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively Treats clients, staff, and the public with courtesy, respect and presents a positive public image. Ensures confidentiality and security of the clients medical information. Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
