If so, apply todayWhy Join the Elara Caring mission?You'll work in a collaborative environmentYou'll be rewarded with a unique opportunity, leading an elite team of healthcare professionalsOutstanding compensation packageComprehensive onboarding and mentorshipOpportunities for advancementMedical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K match and paid time off for full-time staffWhat is Required?Current license as a Registered Nurse RNEDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in a health care related field preferred.EXPERIENCE: Minimum five (5) years related experience in a home care, home health or related health care environment.SKILLS: In-depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, policies and procedures preferredExcellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenComfortable communicating to all levels of management and staff, customers, and contractsExcellent analysis and follow up skillsExcellent knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office, database software, and other office equipmentAbility to handle projects simultaneously and work in stressful conditions under deadlinesStrong understanding of financial reporting (Profit and Loss Statement, Revenue Cycle, etc.)Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulations.
