SkyWater is partnering with a local mechanical contractor to find an Assistant Project Manager for their growing team Our client is privately held, theyve been successfully operating for over 100 years, and they have about 400 employees across 5 US locations. The Assistant Project Manager will support the Sr. Project Manager on large-scale, complex mechanical & industrial projects across the Midwest. This includes overseeing the day-to-day project coordination, communication, scheduling, documentation, and supporting the successful delivery of these projects on time & budget. The Assistant PM will work closely with subcontractors, vendors, project engineers, and field teams to ensure customer satisfaction on projects. Our client is looking for a 1-3 year PM or Project Engineer with experience working in the commercial or industrial construction space. Support scheduling, cost breakdowns, and equipment planning on projects. Coordinate submittals, technical documentation, vendors, and subcontractors. Review productivity and labor reports with field teams. Manage project correspondence, change orders, and monthly requisitions. Other duties or responsibilities as assigned. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering. 1+ year of project management, project engineering, or construction coordination experience.
