Program Manager/Senior Marketing Analyst with Security Clearance

Job Title: Program Manager/Senior Marketing Analyst TMGL is a small business with HQ's in Northern Virginia. We are a defense contractor providing support for media relations, communications strategies, managing social media, websites, generating high end graphics and all other aspects of public relations. TMGL is seeking a Program Manager and Senior Marketing Analyst to manage and lead a contract with the US Army acquisition organization at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. This position requires a professional with strong experience in client relations, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Prior military experience is not required, but preferred. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary POC for the Contracting Officer or COR interface Full authority to act for the Company on all contract matters relating to daily operations
Responsible for performance of the provided service or work. Provide contract management, plan development, initiatives and evaluation of a comprehensive marketing plan and implementation strategy.
Oversee and be knowledgeable of contract personnel and duties and deliverables.
Plan, develop and implement market research, audits and analysis to ascertain perceptions, attitudes, and expectations of the customer's audience and stakeholders. Identify and use market research techniques that include development and use of appropriate survey instruments, focus groups and statistical analysis of results to assist in reaching target population and utilizing best practices.
Education: Minimum M.S. or M.A. degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience: Minimum of ten years' experience in program management Salary: $120K-$130K based upon experience and qualifications
Place of Performance: Government site, US Army Base, Ft. Belvoir, VA Benefits: TMGL provides a full range of benefits including health insurance, life insurance, 401K with matching, vacation and PTO. Detailed list of benefits available upon request. Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 11 National Holidays, on-site at Ft. Belvoir.
