Job Description:

Stock Room Specialist

Receive incoming stock and verify against documentation for accuracy of quantity and part numbers and description and/or arranges for storing of received material in a neat and orderly arrangement onto shelves, racks, or specified floor locations.

Enter inventory and accounts payable information into database.

Process electronic component kits for the production floor.

Issue replacement parts for the production floor.

Perform inventory transactions in ERP/MRP system.

Count and restock material returned from the production floor.

Perform Cycle Counting of electronic components.

Proper handling of moisture sensitive components (desiccants, indicators, baking, sealing)

Communicates with production planners on filling shortages, pulling kits, and resolving problems to keep parts and kits flowing to the production floor in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.

Maintains a clean and safe work area.

Adheres to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.

Other duties as assigned.
