Private Duty Nurse-Pediatric

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse to provide exceptional care to a medically fragile child. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the life of a child and their family.

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to a medically fragile child in their home
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and assess the child's overall health status
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support to the child and their family
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday: 1:30 pm to 9:00 pm
- Weekend coverage available, up to 12 hours per day

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Previous experience in pediatric nursing or caring for medically fragile children is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
