Midwest Finishing Systems is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. Midwest Finishing Systems is a leader in the design, fabrication, and installation of complete turnkey systems for industrial finishing and powder coating applications. We custom design and build all our pretreatment washers, dry-off and cure ovens, environmental rooms, conveyance systems, and controls to specific requirements.Controls Engineer Duties/Responsibilities:Assist in developing PLC programsAssist in developing HMI programsOnsite service, commissioning, and training for the systems installed by MFSProvide remote and over the phone support for past and future systems installed by MFSTravelling to job sitesControls Engineer Requirements and Qualifications:Allen Bradley PLC Programming experienceHMI developing skills (FactoryTalk View)Experience with motor controls (Variable Frequency Drives, Soft Starts)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic understanding of system electrical printsAble to troubleshoot equipmentMicrosoft Office skillsEthernet IP experienceWe offer highly competitive wages and the ability to work OT.
