Lead, teach and train all team members the required specifications of our customers, proper operation of equipment and company policies and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Organize workflow to meet customer specifications and deadlines. Monitor production to resolve issues. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel. Ensure output meets quality standards. Set clear team goals and motivate team members. Monitor team performance and report on metrics. Investigate accidents and enforce health and safety precautions.
