About 60-70 direct reports to include several Clinical Nurse Coordinators (like Assistant Nurse Managers), paramedics, Patient Care Techs, RNs, new grad RNs, a few LPNs, and Unit Secretaries -

Ocala is essentially like a mini healthcare system

2 hospitals and 5 FSEDs. They have a VP of Emergency Services and a Director Emergency Services over all of it, 1 Manager at each FSED, and 2 managers at the main ED (this is a night shift because we have a day shift manager as well -

Ocala is a great market to work in

we see a lot of promotions from Ocala and they typically score very high on our clinical excellence scores

overall very high-performing teams. They just opened 2 FSEDs within the last year, and there are talks of turning one FSED into a small hospital in the next 1-2 years. LOTS of growth in this market
