Responsibilities
Support a positive customer shopping experience and maintain a strong store partnership with store teams and Loss Prevention. Understand operational procedures and deter acts of dishonesty within established customer service guidelines. Provide timely, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers. Engage customers, providing support and creating a positive shopping environment.
Provide an effective deterrent to theft through customer engagement and a professional and knowledgeable presence. Observe accurate checkout procedures for customers and associates. Communicate shrink?related concerns to Store Management and Loss Prevention. Maintain an effective partnership with Store Management and Loss Prevention to accomplish work assignments and overall goals and objectives.
Coordinate and complete shrink?related activities in partnership with Store Management. Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs. Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality. Encourage associate use of shrink reduction resources.
Promote safety awareness and support maintenance of a safe environment. Follow through on commitments; accomplish goals with minimum supervision. Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and good judgment. Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks. Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs. 02 years retail or security experience.
