Elwood Professional associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including: Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plans Holiday Pay Teladoc (online care) Referral Bonus Incentive And More Maintenance Technician Details: Contract to Hire position $ 28.00 to $ 32.00 / hour First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Perform routine maintenance on foundry machinery and equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic adjustments. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of equipment such as sand mixers, conveyors, and molding machines. Assist in the installation, dismantling, and relocation of machinery as needed. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and report findings to the Maintenance Supervisor. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent on repairs. Maintenance Technician Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Must have two (2) years of tech training (or equivalent experience) and at least one (1) year of related mechanical experience in hydraulics, electronics repair, and related mechanical applications.
