We are currently seeking a Floating Branch Manager that will travel between all FCCU branches. The Float Manager is responsible for assisting the branches with staffing, coaching, and supervision of Personal Bankers and Tellers. This individual will actively establish new member accounts, identify cross-sell opportunities and loans that lead to long-term financial relationships. Additionally, the Float Manager will ensure that traditional and in-store operations are effective, efficient and in compliance with credit union policies and procedures. The qualified candidate will need to have a minimum of one to three years of similar or related experience. This position demands a flexible schedule with late evenings and Saturdays required.
