The Supply Chain Data Analyst is a highly motivated individual supporting the Global Sales and Operations Planning team within the Merz Aesthetics Global Supply Chain organization. The Incumbent will focus on providing analytical, operational, and strategic support with the primary objective of enhancing our visibility into supply and demand, as well as our end-to-end supply chain performance. The role will be responsible for supporting the S&OP processes and driving analysis to support joint goals and initiatives between Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, and Supply Chain to optimize customer experience and improve supply chain performance. As part of this opportunity, the incumbent will perform detailed analysis from multi-source large data sets and develop and deliver data driven insights and dashboard to support the organizations business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Dashboards to measure progress and diagnose problems with customer fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain scorecards measuring end-to-end supply chain performance, including working with sourcing to develop a global supplier scorecard.
  • Provide analytical support to the global supply chain project, which include analysis on logistics performance, lead-time analysis, MOQ analysis.
  • Understands, leverages, and analyzes large data sets to draw insights on business performance that will lead to actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Interfaces with all levels of organization, including senior management.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Utilizes a broad array of information including reports, dashboards, or custom app.
Uses visualization tools and creates and/or maintains reports to communicate performance metrics to pertinent stakeholders on a routine basis. Required
  • Leadership - ability to earn respect, lead with/without direct reporting responsibility and align with/ represent decisions to others. Required
  • Critical Thinking - Solid ability to understand internal business and market trends, complex financial data, and customer needs to help define advanced planning/positioning strategies that build value/drive growth. Required
  • Planning Skills - Strong mastery of near-, mid- and long-term horizons for specific products that guide remediation planning for specific events. Ability to juggle multiple requirements within a short- and medium-term plan that allows multiple goals to be achieved. Required
  • Customer Focus - A passion to represent Voice of Customer of patients/professionals to understand unmet market needs efficient solutions. Confirmed results running high profile customer relationships. Required
  • Supply and Demand Expertise - Strong ability to translate demand analysis into easy-to-understand communication that can be relayed to internal and external partners, educating others. Required

  • Quality and Ethics - Strong understanding of QA requirements for Medical Devices. Ability to make the right decisions for our patients, customers, and collaborators. Knowledge of the healthcare environment and confirmed ability to run Medical Devices to ensure compliance to guidelines. Required
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business, Management Information System, or related field. Required
Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience handling complex analytical data. Required
  • Experience in data queries, analysis, and report generation. Required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, SAP, or other data modeling software. Preferred
  • Must be skilled in analytics and communications throughout the business unit, including at the executive level. Required
