Quality CMM Programmer is r
esponsible for CMM, CMM arms, and Laser Tracker programming.
EXPERIENCE
:
Minimum of 5 years experience in an aerospace/aircraft or equivalent
Minimum 3 years Quality Inspection aerospace/aircraft or equivalent
2 years working with CMM/Arms/Tracker for inspections
Create and Load programs for inspection
Verisurf exp is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
:
Proficient with Engineering drawings/models
Understanding of
GD&T Tolerance
Working knowledge of CATIA and or CAD/CAM software
Use of a CMM/Arm/Tracker
RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Create CMM/CMM arm/Tracker programs from customer supplied engineering
Add GD&T callouts to programs to assist inspectors.
Work with QC inspectors to troubleshoot programs
Communicates with QC inspectors, Programming, Engineering
Train and troubleshoot CMM, Arm, and Tracker use.
